Shipping details
Addresses
Please use a physical street address. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. An incomplete or incorrect address can delay or prevent delivery.
Free shipping
Standard shipping is free on all orders. Any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees charged by the destination country are separate and are the customerโs responsibility.
Tracking
Youโll receive a tracking ID by email when your order is dispatched. Allow 24โ48 hours for the first tracking update to appear. You can track your package anytime on our Track Your Order page using your order number or tracking ID.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Packages may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees on arrival. Those charges are set by the destination government, not by PureWithin. We do not collect or prepay them unless that is clearly shown at checkout. We also cannot control customs inspections or clearance delays. If a package is refused or returned because fees were not paid, original shipping and return costs may not be refundable.
Subscription orders
Subscription shipments follow the same dispatch and transit estimates as one-time orders. You can manage, pause, or cancel a subscription from your account before the next order is processed.
Delayed or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after the estimated delivery window, contact support@try-purewithin.com with your order number, address, and tracking ID. Weโll help trace the shipment. If tracking shows delivered but you donโt have the package, check with neighbors and your local depot first, then email us so we can open a claim.
What these times do not include
Estimates exclude weekends, holidays, carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses, and customs holds.
